Escape or Hiding

Seleena finds herself in a dark tunnel, crawling through, wondering if she will be spotted through the vents, wondering if they would know, but despite those thoughts she continues on down the tunnel.

The walls and ground were filthy, almost like if the tunnels had been unmaintained, the smell smelt of all sorts, from the stench of sewerage to the dry musky air, not the sort of place one wants to be in.

But however she knows if she was to be spotted it could mean the end of the road for her, besides the smell meant that her scent could be covered up and she didn't care for the filth or dirt, or even the smell, all she wanted was to be safe from her pursuers.

Not to run from them, but to survive another day so she could get her pursuers and make them pay for chasing her.

She then had this thought, what if she stayed and waited? She could surprise her pursuers and get them one by one, she was in the perfect spot to get them, as going in tunnels and dark places was her strong point.

But then she needed to escape so she would live for another day.

So should she hide? Or should she escape?
